The agency

Red Nine is an engineered systems agency based in Michigan. It designs, builds and manages the systems behind a company's daily work, from the calls, documents, billing and reporting to the software that connects them. On each system, a person approves anything that sends, signs or pays.

    Assessment

    One department is reviewed in depth, measured from the company's own records, ending in a written findings memo and a prioritized roadmap.

    Build & Launch

    One workflow at a time, tested under supervision with the client's team and launched on sign-off.

    Managed Support

    Each system is monitored and tuned, with a monthly report and the next workflow added when the client is ready.
