Engineered Systems for Construction & Contracting

Agents and automations check orders and contracts against the price sheet, build progress-billing packets, file job documents and track insurance certificates for general contractors and specialty subcontractors.

Challenges for contractors

  1. 01

Contracts that differ from the price sheet

A purchase order arrives with prices or terms that do not match the price sheet, and someone finds the difference by hand.

  2. 02

    Pay applications that take days

Progress billing means pulling the job list, the schedule of values and the backup paperwork into one packet every pay period.

  3. 03

Costs that show up too late

Labor and material costs sit in different places, so the margin on a job appears after the job closes.

  4. 04

    Supplier invoices that drift

Prices creep up, credits go missing and duplicates slip through unless someone checks each invoice against supplier pricing.

  5. 05

    Certificates that expire

Insurance certificates, licenses and W-9s expire without notice, and the gap surfaces when an owner or a lender asks.

  6. 06

    Paper that never gets filed

Scans, email attachments and photos pile up, and finding one document for one job means searching several places.

Frequently asked questions

Can contracts be checked against the price sheet?

Yes, once the price sheet and the terms to check are in hand. The system lists each mismatch, and a person on the contractor's team decides what to do about it.

Does a pay application still need a signature?

Yes. The packet is built from the job list and the backup paperwork, and the contractor's team reviews and signs it. The system never signs or submits a pay application on its own.

How is paper from the field handled?

Each scan is read, multi-page scans are split into separate documents, duplicates are removed, and each document is named and filed to the right job. Anything the system cannot place goes to a person for review.

Start with how job paperwork moves.

A consultation reviews how orders, billing and documents move through a single job.
