Managed Automation Support
Managed support monitors each system after launch, tunes it as the business changes and sends a monthly report, with the client's team holding the off switch.
Systems need attention after launch
A system that worked at launch drifts. A supplier changes a form, an account connection expires, or a new kind of invoice arrives, and nobody notices until a customer calls. Managed support watches each system after launch, works through the items it flags and adjusts the rules as prices, forms and staff change. A monthly report lists what each system handled and what needed attention. A person on the client's team still approves anything that sends, signs or pays.

Frequently asked questions
Does support cover systems someone else built?
Yes, after a review. Support starts with the systems Red Nine designs and builds, and an existing automation is reviewed first. The findings say plainly whether it can be supported, improved or should be replaced.
How does the team hear about problems?
Alerts go to the people the business names, by email or text, with a plain description of what happened and what is being done about it. The monthly report summarizes every issue, fix and change.
Who makes changes to the systems?
Changes are made from a written request and with the client's approval. Each change is tested under supervision and recorded. Nothing changes silently, and the team can pause any system.
