How we work

Nothing is built before a written plan is approved, and nothing goes live without sign-off.

Steps

The steps produce a written roadmap, a supervised launch for each system and a monthly report.

  1. 01

    Consultation

A working session at the business to see how work moves today and where it slows down.

  2. 02

    Assessment

An in-depth review of one department, measured from the company's own records, ending in a written findings memo and a prioritized roadmap.

  3. 03

    Build & Launch

Each workflow is built one at a time, tested under supervision with staff, and goes live on sign-off.

  4. 04

    Managed Support

Each system is monitored and tuned, a monthly report follows, and the next workflow is added when the business is ready.

Deliverables

What each step delivers.

  1. 01

    Consultation

  2. 02

    Assessment

  3. 03

    Build & Launch

One working system, live on sign-off after a supervised test with staff.

  4. 04

    Managed Support

A monthly report on each system, and the next workflow when the team is ready.

Controls

A person stays in charge of every system.

A person approves anything a system sends, signs or pays. Each system starts in a supervised test with staff watching and keeps a record of every action it takes. The team holds the off switch and can pause any system at any time.

Frequently asked questions

Does existing software need to be replaced?

No. The systems are built around software already in use and connect the pieces that do not talk to each other. The phone system, inbox, CRM and accounting software stay in place unless the business chooses otherwise.

Who approves what goes live?

The business does. Each system starts in a supervised test, and nothing goes live until the team signs off. After launch, a person on that team approves anything the system sends, signs or pays.

What happens in the assessment?

One department is reviewed in depth, covering its calls, paperwork, billing and reporting, and measured from the company's own records. The result is a written findings memo and a prioritized roadmap. The business decides what is built first.

How long before something is live?

There is no fixed time. The assessment sets the order of work and ends in a written roadmap. The first system goes live after a supervised test, on sign-off, and each later workflow follows the same path.

The first step is a working session.

A consultation maps how work moves through the business today.
