Engineered Systems for Manufacturing & Machine Shops
Agents and automations enter emailed orders, check them against pricing and track job costs and quality records for job shops and small manufacturers.
Challenges for job shops and manufacturers
- 01
Orders that arrive by email and PDF
Customer orders come in as attachments, and someone retypes each one into the order system.
- 02
Prices that do not match the quote
A customer's purchase order shows a price or term that differs from the quote, and nobody notices until the invoice goes out.
- 03
Re-keying between systems
Quotes, orders and inventory are typed into the ERP, the spreadsheet and the accounting software separately.
- 04
Job costs that arrive late
Labor, material and margin on a job are pieced together after it ships, when nothing can change.
- 05
Supplier invoices that do not match
Invoices, purchase orders and receipts disagree, and someone matches them by hand and chases the differences.
- 06
Quality records on paper
Inspection and compliance records sit in folders, with no clear owner or due date for each task.

Frequently asked questions
Will this work with an existing ERP?
Yes, wherever the ERP and other systems allow a connection. The assessment lists which systems connect directly and which need another route, and the plan is agreed with the client before anything is built.
Can the system read customer purchase orders?
Yes. The system reads emailed and PDF orders, enters them and checks each one against the price sheet. Anything that does not match is flagged for a person on the shop's team to review.
Who owns quality and compliance tasks in the system?
The shop's team does. Each task has an owner, a due date and an audit trail, and a person closes it. Owners and due dates are set during the build.
