Quality & Compliance Workflows

Quality checks turned into tasks with owners and due dates, with a searchable record of who completed each one.

Quality records are scattered across clipboards and inboxes

Inspection sheets sit on clipboards, corrective actions travel by email and calibration due dates live in a binder. When a customer or auditor asks for a record, someone goes searching. Each recurring check becomes a task with an owner and a due date. The system reminds the owner, collects the completed record with the signer and date and escalates overdue items to the person named. Every record is searchable by item. A person signs off each closure.

Frequently asked questions

Does it write quality procedures for the business?

No. The client writes the procedures and checklists, and the system builds them into tasks and records. A person on the team approves each change to a checklist before it goes live.

Can it replace paper inspection sheets?

Yes, where the client chooses. Inspectors fill in the same checks on a phone, tablet or computer, and the completed record is stored with the signer and date. Paper can run alongside during the pilot.

Does it prepare a business for an audit?

It provides an organized, searchable record to show an auditor. What an audit requires depends on the standards and the people involved, and the system makes no judgment on that.

Who can see the quality records?

Only named people. Records stay in the client's own accounts. Every sign-off, change and reassignment is recorded with the time and the person, so the history can be checked later.

Start with the checks already in place.

A consultation looks at the checks being run, who owns them and where the records are kept today.
