Quote & Proposal Generation

For contractors and service firms, the system builds quotes and proposals from approved pricing, sends each to a named person for sign-off and tracks each one until the customer answers.

Estimates go out and then go quiet

An estimate goes out, and the second call depends on someone remembering to make it. Each quote is built from a price sheet, a past job and a few notes, so no two look alike. The system builds the quote or proposal from the approved pricing and a short job form, in the company's format. It sends the draft to the person who signs off and lists every open quote with a follow-up date. Nothing reaches the customer until that person approves it.

    Pricing review

The review covers how pricing works today, including price sheets, margins and the cases that need judgment.

  2. 02

    Template build

The build sets up the quote format and intake form with the estimators and connects them to the customer list and email.

  3. 03

    Supervised drafting test

The system drafts quotes beside the estimators, who compare each one with their own before anything is sent.

  4. 04

    Launch and support

Drafting goes live on the client's sign-off, and a monthly quote review, pricing-rule tuning and a report follow.

Frequently asked questions

Who decides the price on a quote?

The business does. The system uses only the price lists and rules staff approve, and flags any line outside them. A person reviews each draft and signs off before it goes to the customer, every time.

Can it handle quotes with unusual scope?

Yes. Routine quotes are drafted from the form, while unusual scope goes to an estimator as a partly built draft with the open items marked. The estimator finishes the quote and signs off.

Will the quotes match the current look and terms?

The template is built from the existing quotes and standard terms, and staff approve the layout and wording during setup. Later changes to terms go through the same approval, so customers see one consistent document.

Start with a recent estimate.

A consultation walks through how an estimate was priced, sent and followed up, then shows what the system would change.
