Custom Agents
Red Nine designs and builds an agent around one defined workflow in a business, using the company's own data, tools and approval rules.
Some work does not fit a standard tool
Some work follows a pattern that no packaged product was built for. A request arrives, someone looks up details in several places, applies a rule from memory and writes a reply. An agent built for that one workflow reads what arrives, looks things up in the company's systems, applies the agreed rules and prepares the result. A person approves anything that sends, signs or pays.

Frequently asked questions
What kind of workflow suits a custom agent?
Work that follows a repeatable pattern but needs reading, lookup or drafting, such as intake, triage, quoting or document review. The first step assesses fit and says plainly when a simpler tool would do.
What can the agent do without asking?
Only what the business permits. Reading and preparing work are allowed by default, and anything that sends, signs or pays waits for a named person. Permissions are set in design, reviewed with the client and recorded.
What if the agent gets something wrong?
It flags uncertain cases for a person instead of guessing, and every action is recorded. The supervised test compares its results with real examples, so the pattern of mistakes is visible before launch.
