Electronic Forms & Signatures

Digital versions of paper forms, sent to the right signers in order, with a record of who signed and when.

Signatures wait on paper and reminders

Intake packets, engagement letters and consent forms get emailed, printed, signed and scanned back in. Then someone chases the people who have not signed. Paper forms become digital forms, and each one goes to the right signers in the right order. The system reminds anyone who has not finished and files the completed copy to the client or patient record. It keeps a record of who signed and when. A person approves every document before it goes out for signature.

Frequently asked questions

Do signers need to install anything?

Signers open a link from an email or text and sign on any phone or computer. The first step confirms with the chosen signing tool that no account is needed.

Can a dental or medical practice use it for patient forms?

Yes, with added safeguards. Before any build begins, a review covers how the system handles patient information, where signed forms are stored, who can open them and which forms it may route.

Who decides which documents go out for signature?

The client's team. A person approves each document before it is sent, and each signer signs for themselves. The system routes, reminds and files, and it never signs on anyone's behalf.

Where are signed forms stored?

In the client's own accounts, in the folders or records the client chooses. Access stays limited to named people, and each form carries a record of who signed and when.
