Social Media Automation
A system that plans, drafts, queues for approval and schedules posts across the social channels, for local businesses, agencies and nonprofits.
Posting happens when someone has a free hour
Social posts get written in a rush on whatever evening someone has a minute, and then the calendar goes quiet for weeks. A posting system plans the content calendar from the services and seasons, drafts posts in the business's voice and prepares each for review. It schedules the posts that are approved across the channels in use. The client's team approves every post before it is scheduled, and anything held back stays unpublished.

Frequently asked questions
Will the posts sound like the business?
A voice guide is written from existing posts, the website and the client's own words, and the client approves it. The team also reviews every draft before it is scheduled, so the wording stays the client's.
Which social channels can it post to?
Each channel in use is checked in the first step, and any that needs a manual step is reported plainly. Where a channel allows scheduling from outside tools, approved posts queue there automatically.
Does anything go live without approval?
No. Every post waits in the approval queue until a named person approves it. The team can edit, hold or delete any draft, and each approval is recorded with the name and time.
