Missed-Call & Web Lead Capture
For contractors and field service companies, the system turns each missed call and web form fill into a structured lead record and texts the owner a short summary.
Missed calls leave no record
The phone rings while the crew is on a job and the office is on another line. The caller hangs up or leaves a short voicemail, and web form fills pile up in a shared inbox. Each missed call and form fill becomes a lead record with name, number, address and request. The owner gets a short text summary. Staff decide who follows up, and any message to the customer waits for a person's approval.

Frequently asked questions
Does it call the customer back?
No. It records the lead and tells the owner. If a reply should go out, a person approves a drafted text or email first. Calls back stay with staff, and each lead stays on the daily list until someone marks it handled.
What if a caller hangs up without leaving a message?
The call is still logged with the number and time, and marked as no message. The owner summary says so, so someone can decide whether to call back. The system never invents details the caller did not give.
Does it add leads to the existing customer list?
It writes records into the customer list, job software or shared sheet already in use, wherever that tool allows connections. The fields are agreed with the office, and what the tool accepts is confirmed before anything is built.
