Call Transcription & Quality Review
Transcribes recorded calls, summarizes each one and reviews it against the managers' standards for greetings, accuracy and follow-up.
Review calls without listening to each one
Managers spot-check a few recordings and hope the rest sounded the same. Sales offices, service desks, clinics and dealerships record calls and rarely find time to play them back. Call review turns each recording into text with a short summary. Each call is checked against a checklist the managers write, covering the greeting, the required questions and the next step. Calls that miss a point are flagged. Managers read the flagged ones, listen where they choose and coach their people.

Frequently asked questions
Do callers need to be told that a call is recorded?
Recording notices depend on where the business and its callers are located. The notice callers hear is reviewed with the business and set up before any recording is analyzed. The business's own advisers confirm the wording.
Can it review calls that are already recorded?
Yes, where the phone system allows the recordings to be exported. Past calls are useful for testing the checklist before launch, because managers can compare the results with what they remember hearing.
Who can read the transcripts and recordings?
Only the people the business names. Access is set by role, so a manager can see their own team's calls while others see none. The access list is reviewed before launch and whenever the team changes.
