Lead Qualification Calls
Voice agents screen inbound and outbound leads with the sales team's questions, then pass the qualified ones to sales or recruiting.
Spend sales time on the right leads
Insurance agencies and staffing firms collect more inquiries than a sales team can return in one afternoon. Some are not a fit, and the good ones cool off while someone works down the list. A voice agent answers or calls each lead, asks the questions the sales team writes and records the answers. Leads that meet the criteria reach a person with a summary. The rest are tagged for review. The sales lead sets the criteria and can change them whenever the offer changes.

How it works
- 01
Lead review
The review covers where leads come from, which ones close and the questions that tell them apart.
- 02
Questions and routing
The setup writes the screening script and handoff rules with the sales lead, then connects the phones and lead system.
- 03
Supervised pilot
The agent screens test leads, then a limited set of real ones, while staff read each call summary.
- 04
Launch and support
Screening goes live on the client's sign-off, and a monthly report follows, with the questions tuned as the offer changes.
Frequently asked questions
Can the agent quote prices or make promises to a lead?
Only what the script contains. Pricing, availability and commitments stay with staff unless specific wording is approved. When a lead asks for anything outside the script, the agent offers a callback from a person.
How do outbound calls stay limited to people who agreed to be contacted?
The business approves each list the agent may call, and only contacts whose records show they can be reached are loaded. The agent stops calling anyone who asks. Before launch, a review covers the rules that apply to outbound calls.
Who decides what counts as a qualified lead?
The sales or recruiting lead decides. Their criteria become questions and rules, which are tested against past inquiries they choose. The wording is adjusted until the handoffs match their judgment.
