Live Call Transfer & Escalation

Hands the caller to the right staff member, with a short summary of the call, whenever a person is needed.

Send each call to the right person

In a medical office, the person who answers is often not the person who can help. A patient describes a billing problem or a medication question, gets transferred and starts again from the beginning. The transfer service picks the right staff member by topic, hours and availability, then connects the call. That person receives a short written summary before they say hello. When nobody is free, the caller is offered a callback and the summary waits in the staff inbox. Staff write the escalation rules.

Frequently asked questions

Does the caller have to repeat everything after a transfer?

No. The person who takes the call sees a short summary with the name, the reason and anything already answered. The caller can add details, but there should be no need to start over from the beginning.

What happens if the person receiving the transfer does not pick up?

The agent offers a callback or takes a message, then passes it to the next person on the routing list. The summary and the request stay together in the staff inbox.

Can this be used with patient information?

Yes, with added safeguards. Before anything is built, a review covers what the summaries contain, who can read them and how the agent handles patient information. Clinical questions go to a nurse or clinician rather than the agent.
