Missed-Call Text-Back
Sends a text message to each missed caller and logs the request, so staff can follow up.
Reply to missed callers before they move on
A crew is on a job site, a stylist is mid-cut, a technician has both hands under a car. The phone rings, nobody answers and the caller tries the next business. Missed-call text-back sends a message to that caller as soon as the call ends. The text says the call was missed and asks what the caller needs. Replies and requests are logged in one list, and a team member can take over any thread. Staff approve the wording and the numbers it applies to.

Frequently asked questions
Will callers be put off by getting a text?
The message is short, polite and signed with the business name, and callers can reply stop to opt out. Staff approve the wording first, and the texts can be switched off for certain callers or hours.
Does it work with the current business number?
Usually. The assessment checks whether the number can send and receive texts. If it cannot, a texting number is arranged, and the way callers will see it is shown before anything goes live.
What if the caller replies with something the system cannot handle?
The reply is logged and marked for staff, and a team member can answer from the same number. Nothing the caller writes is acted on without a person unless it falls inside rules the business has approved.
